Description
This was at a local Japanese restaurant called Hakata. Miso soup and pickled bean sprouts always come with an entree. Everything comes with hot green tea. I absolutely love the bean sprouts, and probably could eat them everyday! 
Since we (Dad and I) ordered 3 'entrees' they gave us 3 sets of the soup and bean sprouts. We shared the extra sprouts, not sure what happened to the extra soup. I'm not entirely crazy about their miso soup. 
(I've had better.) We got the sushi platter as an appetizer. (They apparently consider this an 'entree'. Even though it was in the appetizer section.) It has 8 different types of nigiri and, I think, 6 tuna rolls...There were actually quite a bit that I could have. The ones in the pic are the tuna roll, egg nigiri, and salmon nigiri. I also had the tuna nigiri, more of the tuna rolls, and another fish I'm blanking on. It was all pretty good. I ordered beef yakisoba without the onions as my entree. It was better than last time! 
More sauce, the cabbage was crisp, noodles were nicely done, etc. It's always more than it seems, so I had to take a good amount of it home. Just meant more awesome for later! 
Got their fried ice cream for dessert, which is my fave. 
It didn't disappoint, either. All in all, it was all very good.
