Charoset

This our family's version. There's like a million different recipes for charoset out there. Every family seems to do it differently. It's generally a fruit and nut mixture, though. Ours has apples, walnuts, grape juice (used to have a sweet wine, but I can't have alcohol), and cinnamon. Makes for great snacks after the seder, too.
