Parmesan Crusted Tilapia

This was at Red Lobster Friday night. It comes with broccoli and your choice of a 2nd side, so I chose mashed potatoes as the other one. It comes with a salad, too. And, of course the Cheddar Bay biscuits. The tilapia was a little weird. The parmesan 'crust' was looser than I expected, and there was a buttery garlic sauce underneath. It was all very good, though. Since there was so much food, I was able to make a few more meals out of the leftovers.
